Service Description
This is a 4 week course where we dive deep into the fundamentals of reformer pilates. You will explore the basics getting in tune with your body and knowing how to contain an engagement throughout exercising. You are creatin to finish the course with knowledge about reformer pliates and how it can help you. This is open to all fitness levels but aimed at complete beginners and for those wanting to connect back to the basics. You will be expected to stay committed to the 4 weeks as each week builds up to the other.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings open 14 days before the class begins. If for any reason you need to cancel your class booking, please do so with at least 6 hours notice, so someone else can fill your spot if needed. If you're unable to cancel before the 6 hours window, your credit will not be reusable.
